Julie presently works as a stained glass artist in Paulding County. She began her career as an artist by attending Ivy Tech State College, in Indiana, and the Atlanta College of Art; studying visual arts. Julie has worked as a designer for the last 10 years, designing kitchens and glass projects. Most of the stained glass experience has come from working with the medium for over 15 years including numerous restoration projects and custom made panels. The stained glass projects that Julie usually works on can include church restorations, restoration of old panels, re-design of an old panel into a new design, custom made panels to fit existing windows, images turned into stained glass, and Dalle De Verre (Faceted) glass panels. Julie also enjoys drawing and painting. She has been a Paulding Fine Arts member since 2008 and has won numerous awards for her work.
