This Juried Fine Art Show is scheduled for October 14 thru 27 2007.
$1200 Total Cash Prizes to be awarded as follows:
BEST OF SHOW: $500
1st PLACE: $300
2nd PLACE: $200
3rd PLACE: $100
2 HONORABLE MENTION AWARDS AT $50 EACH
Additional Awards will be announced

JUROR: Curtis A. Chapman
Forty-one years ago Mr. Chapman established the Art Department at Reinhardt College in Waleska, Georgia. He helped to create the Associate and Baccalaureate Degree programs and held the longest tenure of any teacher in any field at Reinhardt. After 40 years on the faculty at Reinhardt, Mr. Chapman retired, but still teaches two days a week at Reinhardt.

CALENDAR
Monday - August 6, 2007: Deadline for postmarks on slides sent to the Association
August 11, 2007: Juror's selection from the slides
September 1, 2007: Notification of acceptance
October 6, 2007: Hand delivery of artwork to the Gallery in Dallas, GA.
Deliver between the hours of 10:00am until 5:00pm
Sunday, October 14, 2007: Reception and Awards Ceremony at The Fine Arts Gallery between 2:00pm and 5:00pm
Saturday, October 27th or Tuesday, October 30th: Pick up art work at the Fine Arts Gallery between 10:00am and 2:00pm

CATEGORIES: Paintings: Watercolor, Tempera, Oil, Acrylic, Polymer, Pastel, Mixed Media (list all materials used) and Drawings: Graphite, Colored Pencil, Pen & Ink

All pieces are to be framed and ready for hanging with wires. Saw-tooth hangers will NOT be accepted. Gallery wrap canvas is acceptable.
SIZE LIMITATION: 40inches wide, including frame. Triptych must not exceed 40inches wide in total, including the frame.

ELIGIBILITY: Artitsts must be 18 years of age or older.
All works must be the exhibiting artist's original work and not a reproduction of another artist's work, including photographs.
All work must have been completed within the past 3 years.

ENTRY FEE: $25.00 for up to three (3) slides
